Apostle Timothy T. Luckett
Apostle Timothy T. Luckett sensed God’s hand on his life at an early age. At just nine years old, following the loss of his stepfather, he made a bold declaration to his family from the kitchen table—that he would be great, that he would be a preacher, and that his life would impact others in a way similar to Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Those words, spoken from a deep and sincere place, stayed with him and became a quiet compass guiding his life.
Licensed in ministry in 2002, Apostle Timothy has served faithfully for more than 22 years in various roles including content creator, protocol officer, armor bearer, and pastor’s assistant. Under the mentorship of his pastor, Apostle Dale Hopson, and with the blessing of his late grandfather, Presiding Elder Benny Luckett, Sr., he founded Redeemed 4 Duty Ministries International in May 2014.
One of the most defining moments in Apostle Timothy’s journey occurred at his grandfather’s bedside shortly before his passing. In a moment of reconciliation and healing, his grandfather spoke words of affirmation, blessing, and instruction—encouraging him to fully pursue what God had called him to do. That moment became a turning point, sealing both legacy and calling.
After navigating a season of personal and spiritual challenge, Apostle Timothy stepped away from ministry for a time. Yet the call of God remained persistent. Drawn back by his longing for intimacy with God and a heart to serve, he accepted an invitation to visit New Beginnings New Life Church, where he recommitted his life to ministry and served faithfully wherever needed.
In 2018, Apostle Timothy and Prophetess Felita Luckett co-founded Remnant City Ministries, and in August 2020, Bishop Brown entrusted them with the leadership of New Beginnings New Life Church.
In 2022, Apostle Timothy received the vision for Rebirth Worship Center International Ministries, which he and Prophetess Felita founded together. Rebirth Worship Center was established as a Spirit-led house focused on restoration, spiritual formation, and helping people walk fully in their God-given purpose.
Beyond the local church, Apostle Timothy is the founder of J. Israel Apparel Company, a modern faith-based streetwear brand designed to boldly express belief through culture and creativity. The brand operates under the labels Live Purposefully, Aristocratic, and Purpose Over Everything.
He is also the visionary behind the Trust Jesus Movement, a global call encouraging believers to live out Proverbs 3:5–6—placing complete trust in the Lord in every area of life.
