LEADERSHIP COVENANT

The Rebirth Worship Center Leadership Covenant is a commitment to serve God, His people, and this ministry with integrity, humility, accountability, and faithfulness.

Leadership at Rebirth is more than a title or position. It is a responsibility to model the character of Christ, protect the unity of the house, support the vision of the ministry, and help equip others for the work God has called them to do.

Those who serve in leadership commit to spiritual discipline, biblical integrity, faithful stewardship, healthy communication, accountability, and consistent participation in the life and mission of Rebirth Worship Center.

The covenant also establishes clear expectations for how our leaders serve, lead, communicate, give, grow, and represent the ministry both publicly and privately.

Our goal is not perfection, but maturity.

We believe healthy ministry requires healthy leadership—leaders who are teachable, dependable, prayerful, submitted to God, committed to one another, and willing to serve before seeking recognition.

We do not lead for titles. We lead because we have been called to serve.

The Leadership Covenant helps ensure that everyone carrying responsibility within Rebirth Worship Center understands the standard, embraces the mission, and is committed to building a strong, unified, Christ-centered church.
